El Wingador is coming home to Wing Bowl, and U.S. Male doesn’t like it.

The two Wing Bowl 20 competitors got into it this morning during Angelo Cataldi and The Morning Team.

Bill “El Wingador” Simmons seems to be taking his return to competition pretty seriously, with an unmatched training regimen. “It’s better this year for me, I get up and work out, and then I eat 10-15 pounds of food,” Simmons said this morning. Catelli called him the greatest eater in the history of Wing Bowl. Simmons also keeps Tootsie Rolls in his car to chew throughout the day to give his jaw a workout.

U.S. Male didn’t seem impressed, coming to the studio dressed in a Brett Favre jersey, a symbol that he thinks Wingador needs to retire while he’s ahead, unlike Favre. “Great legends have to retire at some point,” U.S. Male told the crew. “El Wingador was a champion, how he’s a dinosaur. He needs to retire and stay retired, and not embarrass himself anymore.”

Winged takes it all as a challenge, warning US Male that he just “added fuel to the fire. You don’t mess with a great athlete. An athlete that gets pissed off, steps his game up.” Wingador promised to do just that.
