After two failed Wing – Offs, Our final in - studio competition was Shocker’s last chance to Qualify for 2011′s Wing Bowl.

Eating Stunt: Final In – Studio Wing – Off (Most wings eaten in 5 minutes)
Outcome: The Shocker was our only invited contestant today that had not failed at a previous in – studio stunt. Instead, he came so close to winning multiple Wing – Offs that we let him compete for the final spot this morning. There was an unbelievable amount of pressure as the greatest eater in the world, Takeru Kobayashi, sat in – studio to watch the contest. It was a close race, but Shocker was able to beat out other veterans in a dramatic finish to capture our final spot, and the respect of a living legend. Beating out previous Wing – Bowl contestant “Oink Oink” by just two wings, Shocker put down 21 in 5 minutes to earn our final spot at Wing Bowl 19.
